A capacity congregation gathered in Birmingham Citadel for the Divisional Welcome to officers newly appointed to the Division and for the Installation, by the Territorial Commander Commissioner Alex Hughes, of the Divisional Commander Major Bill Heeley and his wife Major Gillian Heeley.
Birmingham Citadel Band and the Divisional Youth Chorus each presented musical items, and Cannock Young People provided a light-hearted, though with a serious message, drama item. The song titled 'God and God Alone', sung by the Divisional Youth Chorus, is featured below in audio format.
