Aston beat the Citadel team 3-0 in the semi final and beat Sheffield Citadel 2-1 in the final. Aston are the Senior Territorial Field Day Champions 2001.

The junior teams from Aston and The Citadel were both quarter finalists.
Ramoth Gudza came 3rd in the 100m.
Ben Cotterill came 3rd in the 200m.
They lost 3 games but beat Sheffield Citadel in their last game to stop Sheffield becoming champions. That honour went to Bolton Citadel.
